Ascory — Art & Sciences of Leadership

Leadership programme

LEADER ACT

Six months to strengthen your presence, stabilise your management and increase your impact.

With LEADER ACT, Ascory champions a vision of leadership built on precision, resilience and discernment. Grounded in OSCA®, our exclusive diagnostic tool, this programme identifies the dominant dynamics, development priorities and key levers for each manager, executive or senior leader.

Leader Act is not a standard coaching engagement. It is the strategic activation of the OSCA® diagnostic.

A response to where management becomes fragile

Under pressure, leadership unravels quickly: trade-offs become harder, communication loses its clarity, relational tensions surface, decision fatigue sets in, direction drifts. LEADER ACT was designed to step in at that precise point, where the role intensifies and presence must readjust.

A cross-reading to build the engagement

01

The HR or managerial challenge

New role, change of scope, loss of legitimacy, difficult communication, overload, relational tensions, lack of impact, the need to evolve one's presence.

02

The OSCA® diagnostic

Ascory's proprietary diagnostic to identify dominant dynamics, development priorities and key levers.

03

The field diagnostic

A precise reading of the on-the-ground reality: constraints, exposure, level of autonomy, sensitive situations, relational complexity, contextual pressure.

At Ascory, the same challenge never calls for the same engagement.

A three-dimensional architecture

LEADER ACT works across three complementary levels: leading oneself, leading relationships, leading the team.

01

Intrapersonal intelligence

Strengthening the inner stability of leadership.

Presence, legitimacy, decision-making, pressure, priorities.

Situations addressed

New appointment, overload, scattered focus, decision fatigue.

Intended outcomes

Greater solidity, clarity and discernment.

02

Interpersonal intelligence

Bringing greater accuracy and reach to professional relationships.

Managerial communication, assertiveness, listening, feedback, high-stakes conversations.

Situations addressed

Performance conversations, sensitive announcements, objections, tense meetings.

Intended outcomes

Communication that is clearer, more controlled and more structuring.

03

Collective intelligence

Moving the team forward with greater method.

Facilitation, cooperation, meetings, collective decision-making.

Situations addressed

Lack of alignment, team tensions, unproductive meetings.

Intended outcomes

A clearer framework, a more engaged team, smoother execution.

What LEADER ACT transforms

01

A more readable presence

The role is embodied with greater clarity, composure and consistency.

Leadership becomes sharper in the way it positions itself.

02

Strengthened stability under pressure

When the context intensifies, presence remains more reliable.

Discernment, presence and decisions hold up better.

03

More precise speech in sensitive moments

High-stakes exchanges gain in precision, control and reach.

Communication becomes clearer without losing nuance.

04

More solid day-to-day leadership

Action takes shape with greater continuity and clarity.

Management becomes more robust, more fluid and more sustainable.

A boutique approach, rooted in practice

What sets LEADER ACT apart is its level of personalisation and its operational rigour. Every engagement is built from the manager's reality: their constraints, blind spots, sensitive situations, and challenges of presence, communication or leadership.

The approach draws on managerial posture, the neuroscience of stress, cognitive biases, influential communication, nonviolent communication, facilitation and collective intelligence. It also incorporates highly practical work on body language, grounding, breathing and micro-regulation techniques.

A dedicated members' space

Each participant has access to a dedicated members' space, designed as a support between sessions and throughout the engagement.

They find their OSCA diagnostic there, along with personalised resources tied to their situation and profile, and targeted audio sessions to support integration, regulation and real-world practice.

The members' space is designed to extend the work for six months after the engagement ends.

Each programme begins with an initial diagnostic, grounded in OSCA®, to establish a precise reading of the dynamics at play. Individual sessions work from real situations, with concrete tools that can be applied between meetings. The programme adapts as progress unfolds, responding to the challenges that emerge.

OSCA® reveals. Leader Act transforms.

The promise

At the end of the programme, the manager is not simply 'better equipped'. They are more readable in their presence, more composed under pressure, more precise in their communication and more robust in the way they drive their team forward.
