OSCA draws on eight archetypes designed as reading reference points. Each one sheds light on a dominant way of stepping into action, relationships, decision-making or regulation. This is not about labelling people, but about making natural strengths, areas of vigilance and possible shifts under pressure more readable.
A profile read on three levels
Each OSCA profile articulates three levels of reading: a primary archetype, a secondary archetype and a reading of how the person functions under pressure. This structure allows for a finer, more nuanced and more useful understanding in real-world situations.
